  • Jeonju Bibimbap – Traditional style with raw beef and various toppings

👨‍🍳 Easy Bibimbap Recipe (for 2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 2 bowls of cooked rice
  • Vegetables: spinach, onion, carrot, zucchini
  • 100g beef (bulgogi-style)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
  • Sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blanch the spinach and season it. Slice onion, carrot, and zucchini thinly and stir-fry them separately.
  2. Stir-fry the beef with soy sauce, garlic, and sugar.
  3. Fry the eggs sunny-side-up or half-cooked.
  4. Place rice in a bowl, top with vegetables, beef, and egg.
  5. Add gochujang and sesame oil, then mix and enjoy!
